Have been to both prezzo in norwich and also in beccles, both excellent .
The place in beccles itself is stylish and clean, all staff are well mannered and very helpfull, the food is excellent and the service is good. -

Well where can I start we arrived at prezzos about half 4 the waiter sits us right next to the freezing cold airy door then me and my friend are deciding what we wants for drinks and starters, the waiter started like judging us because we didn't want mozzarella on our garlic bread, then get got our drinks wrong and it took well over 10/15 minutes before he fixed it the starters we lovely but the mains well my dish had all burnt bits around it and my lasagna was swimming, the prezzos in Norwich is 10000% better and has got way better service!!!! I won't be coming back again! They also had like random bits of cheese laying round in bags on the side not nice!!

We decided to give Beccles Prezzo another go after a break of about 18 months following a dissappointing meal, with no customer satisfaction from the local management. However the regional manager was able to resolve the issues to our satisfaction. and we have had very pleasant meals elsewhere (especially Aldeburgh and Norwich). However on this return we were not dissapointed, the food and service were both good. The only surprise we found was that the portions at Beccles were smaller, most confusing with such a large chain of restaurants.
